Assessment
We frame the timeline, the country, the legal form and the budget. You leave with a timing estimate grounded in local reality, not in a brochure.
Formation
Articles, capital deposit, legal notice, registration, bank account. We steer the local parties and keep you across the file.
Directorship
The mandate is exercised throughout the project: governance decisions, signatures, filing obligations, periodic financial reporting.
Closure
Liquidation, settlement, filing of liquidation accounts, strike-off and archiving. The company disappears cleanly, with no residual liabilities.
What clients ask before entrusting us with a structure
What is temporary company directorship?
We create a company dedicated to your one-off project in Europe, act as its legal director and govern it for its whole life — typically one to five years — then liquidate and close it cleanly once the project ends. You keep economic control of the project; we carry the director's responsibility.
How is this different from a nominee or front man?
A nominee lends their identity without performing any real function, which is unlawful in most European countries. Our director genuinely exercises the mandate: taking governance decisions, signing instruments, answering for the company's compliance and committing personal liability. The mandate is written, framed and auditable. We set out the distinction here.
Which European countries do you operate in?
Our scope is Europe. We have an established network of contacts in nine countries, and we document company formation, bank account opening and retail setup conditions for thirty-seven European countries. For the rest, we assess feasibility case by case. See the country map.
How long does it take to set up the structure?
Ten days to four weeks in most European countries, from a complete file. The real timeline depends mainly on opening the bank account, particularly where a shareholder or director is not an EU resident. Each country page sets out the schedule step by step.
What happens to the company once the project ends?
We run the liquidation: ceasing activity, settling debts and receivables, filing liquidation accounts, striking the company off the local trade register and archiving the records. Closure is part of the engagement, not an option billed separately.
How is your pricing built?
Two distinct components: the actual cost of forming and maintaining the company in the chosen country (registry, legal notice, accounting, banking), which we present to the euro; and our directorship fee, fixed for the duration of the engagement. The initial assessment carries no commitment.
