Regulated activities
TYCHE SAS carries out management consultancy and company directorship. In France this activity is not subject to a professional order or to prior administrative authorisation. Statutory audit, chartered accountancy and legal advice provided as a principal activity are regulated professions and are not performed by TYCHE: where a file requires them, they are entrusted to practitioners licensed in the country concerned.

It constitutes neither legal nor tax advice and cannot engage the liability of TYCHE SAS. It is liable to change depending on local regulation, the bank and the competent authority.
