Our flagship mission

Director for temporary companies running one-off projects in Europe

You're running a fixed-term project — trade fair, exhibition, market test. We create the dedicated legal entity, direct it for the length of the mission, then wind it down cleanly.

The problem

A one-off project doesn't need a permanent structure

Running a trade fair, exhibition, or similar project in Europe often requires a local entity: signing contracts, invoicing, tax and social obligations, legal representation. Yet these projects rarely last more than one to five years.

Hiring a local director, or tying up one of your own executives in that role, is costly and creates a long-term commitment. Entrusting the directorship to a trusted third party, for the duration of the project, is often the simplest and safest route.

Frequently asked questions

What our clients ask us

How long does your directorship mandate last?

From a few months to five years, depending on your project's duration. The mandate is defined upfront and can be extended if the project evolves.

Which countries do you operate in?

We operate across the European scope, with a primary base in France. Each setup is assessed case by case.

Who remains legally responsible for the company?

As the appointed director, we assume legal representation of the entity for the duration of the mandate, within a governance framework agreed with you.

What happens to the company at the end of the project?

We handle its dissolution and administrative closing, or its transfer if you wish to keep it running.

Do you work with our existing lawyers and accountants?

Yes. We coordinate with your usual advisors, or can bring in our own network if needed.

Is it legal to have someone external direct your company?

Yes, provided the mandate is written, governance is real and documented, and the structure is transparent — see our article temporary director or nominee director: what's the difference?
